Science & Engineering Complex Phase II: Design services for a 235,000 SF research and instructional building serving biology and chemistry classrooms and teaching labs. South Engineering Research Center Phase III: Design services for a new, 4-story, 196,800 SF facility serving a mixing of mechanical, electrical and structural engineering instructional and research labs, lecture halls, classrooms and office areas. North Engineering Research Center Phase IV: Design services for a new, 4-story, 206,000 SF building including instructional and research labs, a 7,000 SF clean room. Building required coordination with the Owner’s vibration consultant for incorporation of vibration into mechanical design and also houses the University’s Central Analytical Facility with electron microscopes and other atomic-scale analytical equipment.
